William Pereira Building in Newport Center

In addition to this building and its twin, Pereira designed the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, San Francisco’s needle-like Transamerica building, UC San Diego’s Geisel Library, and the legged Encounter Restaurant that sits about 70 feet above the ground in the center of LAX’s Theme Building complex.
