William Pereira Building in Newport Center

Located in Newport Beach, California, in Newport Center, this building was designed by William Pereira. In addition to this building and its twin, Pereira designed the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, San Francisco’s needle-like Transamerica building, UC San Diego’s Geisel Library, and the legged Encounter Restaurant that sits about 70 feet above the ground in the center of LAX’s Theme Building complex.
